Turkcell Store Chain: Rapid As-Built Survey Program

Project Summary

As part of Turkcell's store renovation and standardization program, this project involved as-built documentation and survey production of multiple store locations in Istanbul using laser scanning. Scanning performed with minimum disruption at operational stores provided fast and reliable measurement data for renovation teams.

Project Requirements

Turkcell needed the existing geometry of each location to accelerate their store renovation program. Traditional measurement methods were inadequate because:

• 1-2 day manual measurement process for each store
• Inaccurate design bases with ±20-30mm tolerance
• Missing ceiling and installation information

Rapid Delivery Model

A special "Rapid Survey" workflow was developed for the Turkcell project:
